Trying to set up a web site that touches upon all
aspects of ordering embroidered apparel is extremely difficult. If you have any

Payment:
Payment in FULL is required before any merchandise is ordered and decorated. You may pay by
personal check, money order, or a credit card using PayPal only.
Samples:
Due to the cost involved we do not provide samples, BUT if you want
samples before ordering, there are a few things we require.
1. All samples sent are at your expense, this
includes the full retail price plus all shipping and handling charges. You are
responsible for return shipping charges. 2. Since we do not stock items,
payment up front is required. 3. Samples must be returned within 3 weeks
after receipt. Damaged items will result in loss of payment.
4. If the item is
returned undamaged, all shipping charges will be deducted and balance will be
applied to your order.
Group Order Forms:
If you are ordering for a group, we have included
order forms for your use as well as instructions on how to use them. We have
also included a order form for individual is they do not have a computer or want
to fill one out manually and mail to us. Just select this link to get to the FORMS
PAGE.
Embroidery:
All orders for shirts and outerwear include
your name embroidered on the right chest area. If you don't want your name you
can substitute your club name. Names can be your first name only or your first
and last name, your choice.
Cap orders will include your club name and a
stock design. Again if you do not want a design, don't select one. The cost
does not change, we do not sell blanks.
On the back of your shirt or jacket: A design
is optional as is your club's name, city and state. We will use the two letter
designation for the state. The text on the back is available in two formats. The
first format is the clubs name is in a arc and the city/state are in a straight
line. The second option is both are in a straight line. Again, see the Embroidery

Custom Digitizing:
If you have a design you want that is not
available as a stock design, digitizing charges will apply. These usually run
from about $25.00 to $100.00 or more. Please ask before ordering a custom
design.
Returns:
All Custom Embroidery orders are final. Sorry! No
refunds or exchanges on embroidered goods, however, manufacturer defects in any
item supplied will be happily replaced. We reserve the right to substitute an
item for another item of the same or better quality if the item or size is not
available. We will not charge extra if we have to make the substitute.
In the event of a manufacturer defect please
contact Keystone Embroidery within 7 days of receipt of order for a Returned
Goods Authorization Number. We reserve the right to replace ill-fitting or
damaged items, issue credit toward the purchase of an alternate item,
Shipping:
Shipping charges on large orders, not placed on the internet, are never included in your quote.
We will invoice you for the exact shipping charge plus $3.95 for handling at the time of shipment. We would rather wait
to get paid for shipping then to over charge on an estimated rate.
Care Instructions for Your Embroidery:
All garments are embroidered with a high quality rayon or polyester thread,
depending on the intended use by the customer.
Dry Cleaning:
We suggest you do not embroider apparel that requires dry cleaning. Speak
to your local dry cleaner for instructions on cleaning
Machine Washing:
Wash garments using mild detergent, in cold to lukewarm water on delicate cycle.
Remove promptly. Never leave embroidered garments soaking or lying in a wet
pile. If bleaching is required, use only NON-CHLORINE bleach. Do not wring or
twist. If color residue appears in water, rinse first in lukewarm water then
cold water several times until rinse water is clear. Hang to dry or dry on
low-heat setting.
Ironing:
Use low temperature setting. Cover with towel and iron lightly on reverse side.
Steam is not recommended.
