Dear School Principal's, Administrators, PTO and PTA Officers, Parents and Students, We have decided to take our school stores live and will eventually provide each school district in Berks county with an online store. A percentage of all sales from each district will go to that district, so the more you buy the more your school gets. We will also do group purchases so that you can get quantity discounts for your group and still earn the percentage for your school district. If you want to do a group sale, please contact us as these school stores are really for smaller orders of one to eleven of the same item. Thank you for coming by and taking a look at our demo school store. What you see here is only a small part of what we can offer. We realize you may do a fund raiser in the beginning of the year, or try and keep an internal school store stocked, we can provide you with those items as well. What we are trying to do here is give everyone access to a store that they can look thru and actually see the merchandise that is available from your school or organization. We are also offering brand name apparel as well as a wider range in sizing and pricing. We believe that price should not be the only factor, quality and service should also be considered. As a smaller company we actually purchase what we sell, embroider it and then wash and wear it regularly. We put these items thru a wash sometime 2-3 times a week. They get buried on our kids floor or stuffed in a locker or backpack, if they don't survive they don't make it here. We are currently meeting a 10 day delivery window once the order has been placed and full payment is received. We collect the payment from the parents, either with a check or credit card so you do not have to. And we pay your school or PTO a percentage of what is sold so that your school can make money from these sales. When you enter the Wilson School District site and select an item, you will see that we have listed all the schools in the district. This is for the person making the purchase to let us know which school will get credit for the sale as well as adding that schools name to the item they purchase. Depending on the volume of sales we may issue a check on a monthly basis or quarterly. And payments do not stop at the end of the school year. Parents and staff can purchase throughout the year and you continue to receive a portion of the sale until you want us to stop or ask us to close your store and remove your school from the listing.
